From Ed Senn

Lou, as we referred to her in high school, was a real pistol. She was outgoing; she was quick-witted and fun; and she was beautiful. (She also carried a baby raccoon in her pocket for part of our senior year at Falls Church High School. I lost touch with her once she went out to K-State, but reconnected this past summer when we were planning our 40th high school reunion. I’m not a bit surprised that she was a pilot, a black-belt, a beauty queen, and a dedicated veterinarian and mother. She was always larger than life, and everyone wanted to be around her. (She didn’t come back for the reunion, and yes, we did talk about her.) Lou, requiescant in pace.
